Proof of identity required (passport, European ID or driving licence).
A security measure that is also for your safety.

Admission
An admission charge of CHF 10.- applies from 4 pm for the gaming area of the Grand Casino Luzern.
It includes a Lucky Chip to the value of CHF 5.-.

No proof of identity or admission charge is required for Restaurant Olivo, the Casineum* and the Cocktail Bar. However to allow you to enter the gaming and entertainment area at a later stage, we would recommend that you carry valid proof of identity with you (passport, European ID or driving licence). *Admission depends on the event

In the gaming area patrons will be charged a 3% commission as the transaction is a cash withdrawal and not a service. All cards can also be used at the ATM outside the gaming area.

Gaming
The minimum and maximum stakes are displayed at each table. At each table professionally trained croupiers are there to ensure that the applicable rules are observed. If you have any questions you can of course turn to the Duty Gaming Shift Manager at any time. In any event it is our endeavour to make your visit to the Casino as enjoyable as possible.

Since 1 May 2010 the Grand Casino Luzern has had separate smoking and non-smoking areas. In the non-smoking areas patrons have a choice of 160 slot machines, 6 gaming tables and 12 Touchbet Roulette Terminals. In the non-smoking areas patrons are guaranteed a fresh, smoke-free environment for their gaming pleasure. There is also a non-smoking area in the Jackpot Bar. The smoking areas allow patrons to combine the pleasures of gaming and smoking. The spacious smoking areas include 93 slot machines, 9 gaming tables and Touchbet Roulette Terminals. The Grand Jeu Bar is also located in the smoking area.

Cloakroom
We thank you for dressing appropriately. We kindly ask you to leave your coats and jackets in the cloakroom on the lower level.

Wheelchairs
Our security staff are at the disposal of patrons who use wheelchairs.
Call us on 041 418 56 56 and ask to be put through to the security department. We will be happy to meet you at the rendezvous point agreed by phone. A positioning wheelchair is available free of charge. Feel free to leave your own wheelchair with us and use our special wheelchair, the height of which is electrically adjustable. You will then be able to enjoy all the games on offer and adjust your seating height to suit your requirements.
