Group Structure

Kursaal-Casino AG Luzern is the parent company of the Grand Casino Luzern Group and is subject to Swiss law. It holds a full shareholding in the share capital of each of its subsidiaries. It runs the business units using target values. The individual divisions are embedded in largely autonomous management structures, with the bodies of the Grand Casino Luzern Group assuming first and foremost strategic and co-ordination functions. Casino Online AG was founded at the end of 2009 with a view to setting up new business units. The following companies currently make up the operational group structure:

 

Kursaal-Casino AG Luzern
Purpose: Management and operation of, as well as shareholdings in, companies, in particular in the areas of gastronomy, entertainment, tourism and culture. Share capital: CHF 6.4 million

Purpose: Management and operation of a licensed casino including ancillary activities in the area of gastronomy and entertainment at the Grand Casino Luzern, together with the provision of information and other services in the casino area. Share capital: CHF 14.5 million
Casino Online AG Luzern
Purpose: Development, setup, operation and marketing of internet platforms in the area of gaming and entertainment, in particular of internet casinos and other online gaming activities of all kind. Share capital: CHF 0.2 million
