Theatre sport Improphil

With Theatersport, Improphil has been successfully presenting the classic improvisation theatre show at the Casineum Grand Casino Luzern for years! Theatersport is fast, funny, interactive and musical, and the atmosphere in the hall is more like a bubbling sports stadium than a sacred theatre hall.

Two teams challenge each other to improvised scenes. The audience provides the topics and distributes the points, a moderator leads through the evening and checks that the rules of the game are being adhered to while a musician accompanies the action on stage. An evening of improvised theatre filled with competitive challenges for the actors and surprising moments for the audience - that's theatre sport!

Improphil is one of the most renowned improvisation theatre companies in Switzerland and is the reigning Swiss theatre sport champion. Improphil has been delighting audiences at home and abroad since 1999. In addition to public performances at renowned guest venues and cabarets, they present shows at corporate events, for private clients and schools and offer workshops.
