Theatersport Improphil

With Theatersport, Improphil has been successfully presenting the classic of improvisational theater at the Casineum Grand Casino Lucerne for years! Theatersport is fast, funny, interactive and musical, the atmosphere in the hall is more like a bubbling sports stadium than a sacred theater hall.

Two teams challenge each other to improvised scenes. The audience provides the topics and distributes the points, a moderator leads through the evening and monitors compliance with the rules of the game while a musician accompanies the action on stage. An evening of improv theater filled with competitive challenges for the actors and surprising moments for the audience - that's theater sports!

Improphil is one of the most renowned improvisational theater companies in Switzerland and is the reigning Swiss theater sports champion. Improphil has been delighting audiences at home and abroad since 1999. In addition to public performances at renowned guest venues and cabarets, they present shows at corporate events, for private clients and schools and offer workshops.
