Cristina and Mathias Brunner from Brunner Wine Manufactory will guide you through the evening, sharing their expertise to enhance this special wine and dine experience.

Brunner Weinmanufaktur is a modern, family-run winery in Central Switzerland, founded by Cristina Brunner and Mathias Brunner. The winemaking couple started out in 2008 with a vision to revive fallow vineyards in the Hitzkirch region. Since then, the estate has grown significantly and now comprises around 17–20 hectares of vineyards in various prime locations around Lake Sempach, as well as in the Seetal and Aargau regions. The Brunners combine traditional winemaking craftsmanship with modern oenology. Through gentle processing, temperature-controlled fermentation and plenty of patience during ageing, they produce wines characterised by freshness, finesse and elegance. The terroir – shaped by a lakeside climate, cool winds and well-drained soils – offers ideal conditions for high-quality grapes and complex wines. Today, Brunner Weinmanufaktur ranks among the leading wineries in the Lucerne region and is renowned for its diverse range: from fresh, approachable everyday wines to characterful single-vineyard wines with a distinct terroir. In short: the winery stands for passion, quality and the fusion of nature and innovation in viticulture.
