Yves Theiler Trio feat. Bardia Charaf

Pianist YVES THEILER, who is the composer and arranger of all the pieces on the concert programme, forms a pulsating unit together with LUCA SISERA on double bass and LUKAS MANTEL on drums. The elements of Yves Theiler's sound world consist of his own musical ideas, jazz, pop and echoes of modern classical music.

With the music from their fifth album "OMEGA", the YVES THEILER TRIO, accompanied by guest musician BARDIA CHARAF on tenor saxophone, takes the audience into a musical fantasy world full of exciting contrasts: Playfulness and depth, structure and free flow, tradition and modernity. The high art of composition: all opposing elements are masterfully harmonised.

This music invites the concert audience to be carried away by the dynamic interaction, expressive melodies and lively rhythms. Another milestone in the artistic development of the Yves Theiler Trio.
