Responsible gaming pleasure

Right in the heart of Central Switzerland, the Grand Casino Luzern offers responsible gaming fun all round - both online and offline.

Our endeavor

The Grand Casino Luzern has set itself the goal of pampering its guests in a pleasant atmosphere and guaranteeing them an enjoyable gaming experience. Gambling should be a safe, entertaining leisure activity. That is why the Grand Casino Luzern is actively committed to the prevention of gambling addiction and its associated effects and offers its guests numerous resources and services to help them make more responsible decisions.

Player protection

Our player protection policy aims to create a framework for socially acceptable gambling and sets out measures to prevent and contain the potential negative effects of gambling. It is therefore an expression of our company's statutory duty of care and is based on the legal foundations of the Federal Gambling Act and the Gambling Ordinance.

We have developed our player protection policy together with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts - Social Work. This is constantly evaluated in its practical implementation and supported by an annual audit in the quality development process.

Swiss Casino Code on Player Protection.
All licensed casinos in Switzerland have jointly adopted this Code and declared it to be binding. Effective and credible player protection requires transparency regarding our intentions and measures.
With this code, we want to clearly distinguish ourselves from illegal providers, in particular foreign online casinos that operate illegally in Switzerland. They offer no player protection, undermine the legal provisions on player protection and do not pay AHV contributions.
