The Grand Casino Luzern has set itself the goal of providing its guests a pleasant atmosphere and ensuring that they have a pleasurable time gambling. Gambling should be a safe, entertaining leisure activity. For this reason, Grand Casino Luzern is actively committed to preventing gambling addiction and its associated effects, and offers its guests numerous resources and services to help them make more responsible choices.
Player protection
The aim of our player protection policy is to create a framework for socially responsible gambling and to identify measures to prevent or mitigate the potential negative effects of gambling. It is thus an expression of our company's legal duty of care and is based on the legal foundations of the Federal Gaming Act and the Gaming Ordinance.
We have developed our player protection together with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts - Social Work. This is permanently evaluated in its practical implementation and supported by an annual audit in the quality development process.

If you have problems with gambling or are worried about another person's gambling behavior, contact us and let us advise you. Our staff will inform you in an understanding and competent manner about the various options and assistance available.
We support both affected persons themselves and third parties. For example, if you are a partner, family member or friend, inform us about your problem, gambling behavior or negative changes in your financial circumstances that are related to gambling. We can then discuss the situation with you and find a solution together.
