Rosé is booming! Never before has the supply on the market and the demand from wine drinkers for rosé been as great as it is at the moment.

For red wine drinkers, rosé was too light and not strong enough, for white wine drinkers it was not sparkling enough. In the past, there may have been something to all these arguments, but nowadays such generalizations must be rejected as outdated, as most rosé on the market today is classically dry and produced in an absolutely serious manner.
