Questions about my.club registration.

As a my.club member, you benefit from countless member-only benefits every time you visit throughout the my.club year. Secure game-related advantages or take part in exclusive promotions and events.

You can apply for your free membership at the my.club desk (directly at the InfoPoint in the gaming area of the Grand Casino Lucerne). Bring a valid identification document (passport, ID or driver's license) that is valid for at least six months.
As soon as the admission requirements have been met and checked, you will be registered as a member and your membership in my.club will take effect immediately.

Your membership is free and there are no obligations for you. You need a valid identification document (passport, ID or driver's license), you must be at least 18 years old and reside in Switzerland. Please note that persons with a gambling ban are excluded from membership.

The my.club desk is located at the InfoPoint in the gaming area of the Grand Casino Lucerne.

Your my.club team is there for you during the entire business hours of the Grand Casino Lucerne. Please note that new registrations for my.club can only be made up to one hour before the casino closes.

Questions about the my.club card

Your my.club card gives you a number of advantages:

  • For quick and easy access to the casino, you can use your my.club card (instead of an ID document) for identification upon entry.
  • You receive your benefits with your my.club card at the my.club counter or directly at the slot machines.
  • During your visit, you can conveniently collect valuable status points via your my.club card.

Please note that your my.club card is not a means of payment.

When you register at my.club, your my.club card will be handed to you in person at the my.club counter.

If you do not have your my.club card with you, you will need a valid identification document (passport, ID or driver's license) to enter the casino. You can use this to collect your my.club benefits at the my.club counter. Unfortunately, the only thing that is not possible without your my.club card is collecting status points. Please note that for technical reasons, no status points can be credited retrospectively.

Please report any loss or damage to your my.club card immediately by calling + 41 (0)41 418 56 56 or by e-mailing my.club@grandcasinoluzern.ch. You can then request a replacement card free of charge, which you will receive in person at the my.club counter (as with registration).

Please note that until the card is blocked, the cardholder bears the risks arising from misuse of the my.club card.

Each my.club card is valid for the duration of one my.club year (March 30 of each year until March 29 of the following year). If the identification document you presented at registration expires before then, your my.club card will also expire.
After expiration, you should have your my.club card extended or renewed at the my.club counter, because you can only enjoy your benefits and continue to collect status points with a valid my.club card.

Annual renewal:
If you remain in the same level as the year before, you keep your existing my.club card and your my.club team reactivates it for you at the my.club desk.
If you move up or down to a new level, you will receive a new my.club card for the corresponding level at the my.club desk.

If you have lost your card, you can apply for a replacement card at the my.club desk in the Grand Casino Lucerne after the card has been blocked.

Each my.club member can only have one valid my.club card.
If you move up or down to a new level, you will receive a new my.club card corresponding to the new level - the previous my.club card will then lose its validity and be retained.
If you lose your my.club card, you can apply for a new my.club card free of charge at the my.club counter - the lost my.club card will be blocked and lose its validity.

Your my.club card is intended only for you and to be kept by you. It can therefore not be deposited at Grand Casino Lucerne.

Your my.club card is personalized for you and therefore only valid for you. It can therefore not be transferred to third parties.

my.club is the member club of the Grand Casino Lucerne. Therefore, the my.club card is only valid at the Grand Casino Lucerne.

Playing with your my.club card has no effect on the odds.

The Grand Casino Luzern is a casino licensed by the Swiss Federal Gaming Commission and meets Swiss standards - so chance always decides the outcome of the game.

Questions about collecting status points

With my.club, you do not have to exchange your points for individual benefits/products (as is the case with conventional rewards programs).
With our my.club status points, you receive special my.club benefits throughout the entire my.club year (March 30 of each year until March 29 of the following year). This means you can enjoy all the benefits your level has in store for you at any time and as often as you want.

So what are status points for?
Your status points place you in one of our five benefit levels. Different benefits are defined for each level. The higher the level, the more benefits you get.

You can collect status points along the way with your my.club card, for example when you enter the club, at slot machines, or during special member promotions and campaigns.

Our collection table gives you a good overview.

Between March 30 of each year and March 29 of the following year (this corresponds to our my.club year), you collect status points.
The sum of all status points collected during this period determines which level you will be placed in the following year.

After the level classification for the following year, all collected status points expire on March 30 without replacement. Then the new collection period for the next my.club year begins.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, no status points can be credited subsequently - thank you for your understanding.

When logging in at any slot machine, you will conveniently receive an overview of your points balance. Our my.club team can also read out your accumulated status points at the my.club counter.

The my.club of the Grand Casino Lucerne has five different benefit levels: Red, Silver, Gold, Black and Pearl.

Depending on the level, you can look forward to various benefits. Every member has access to the benefits that are defined for the corresponding level. Benefits from higher levels cannot be obtained.

Possible benefits are depending on the level for example:

  • Exclusive promotions and actions on mycasino.ch
  • Free game credits and free admission
  • Discounts on parking and on gastronomic services in the casino (starting at 30% discount up to free consumption)

When you register with my.club, you are assigned to the first "Red" level.
During the my.club year (March 30 of each year until March 29 of the following year), you collect valuable status points during each visit.

The status points you collect determine which benefit level you will be assigned to in the next my.club year. The goal is to collect as many status points as possible in order to advance to the next higher level and thus enjoy even more benefits:

  • As soon as you have collected enough status points to reach the next benefit level, you will be promoted directly to the next higher level (not in the following year) and will enjoy even more benefits from now on.
  • After a level promotion, you remain in the same level for two years.
  • This means: If you do not collect enough status points in the new level during your first my.club year (March 30 of each year until March 29 of the following year), you will still remain in the same level in the following year.
  • If you do not collect enough status points during the gift year, you will be relegated to the next lower level.

The status points collected during the my.club year (March 30 of each year until March 29 of the following year) are used for the classification in the following year:

  • As soon as you have collected enough status points to reach the next benefit level, you will advance directly to the next higher level and enjoy even more benefits from now on.
  • Once you have registered with my.club and moved up a level, you will remain in the same level for two years. This means that if you do not collect enough status points in the new level during your first my.club year (March 30 of each year until March 29 of the following year), you will remain in the same level in the following year.
  • If you do not collect enough status points during the gift year, you will be relegated to the next lower level.

If you move up or down to a new level, you will receive a new my.club card for that level in person at the my.club desk.
If you remain in the same level as the year before, you keep your existing my.club card and your my.club team reactivates it for you at the my.club desk.

You enjoy all the benefits of your level without restriction throughout the entire my.club year (March 30 of each year until March 29 of the following year) - at any time and as often as you want.
Because with us, the status points are used exclusively for level allocation. This not only gives you a longer period of enjoyment than with conventional reward points, but also saves you having to exchange them for individual benefits/products.

With your my.club card, you can collect your benefits at the my.club counter (at the Grand Casino Luzern InfoPoint) or enjoy them directly at slot machines.

You will receive your Birthday Package personally on your birthday at the Grand Casino Lucerne.

With us, you don't have to exchange your points for individual benefits/products (as with conventional reward points), because we want you to enjoy all the benefits that your level has in store for you at any time and as often as you want throughout the entire my.club year.
Therefore, you will be assigned to one of our five benefit levels on the basis of your status points - and you can enjoy unlimited benefits.

Your accumulated status points are your personal reward and give you access to our benefits. They are therefore not transferable to third parties.

Your data is safe with us. We use member data exclusively in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions and process it only for the intended purpose.

Unsubscribe questions.

You can cancel your membership in my.club at any time without giving any reason and without notice with immediate effect:

  • by e-mail to my.club@grandcasinoluzern.ch
  • by mail to Grand Casino Lucerne, Haldenstrasse 6, CH-6006 Lucerne
  • in person at the my.club desk

Upon termination of your membership, the my.club card must be returned to Grand Casino Lucerne immediately:

  • by post to Grand Casino Lucerne, Haldenstrasse 6, CH-6006 Lucerne
  • in person at the my.club desk

If you terminate your membership, we will read your my.club card. You can collect or withdraw your existing credit in person at the my.club counter in the Grand Casino Lucerne. If you still have Free Play on your my.club card, you are welcome to use it in the casino. Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw free play.

We are currently also working on the possibility of reading your my.club card online yourself, and hope to be able to provide you with this service soon.

The collected status points do not represent a direct benefit and can therefore not be paid out. Your status points expire upon termination of your membership and cannot be transferred to third parties beforehand. You can collect or withdraw your existing credit in person at the my.club desk at Grand Casino Lucerne. If you still have Free Play on your my.club card, you are welcome to use it in the casino. Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw free play.

If you do not renew your membership in time, it will expire and be terminated. With the termination of your membership, your status points and your entitlement to our level benefits expire. You can collect or withdraw your existing credit balance in person at the my.club desk in the Grand Casino Lucerne. If you still have Free Play on your my.club card, you are welcome to use it in the casino. Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw free play.
