As a myclub member, you’ll enjoy countless benefits available exclusively to members every time you visit throughout the myclub year. Get gaming-related perks or take part in exclusive promotions and events.
You can apply for your free membership at the myclub counter (located at the InfoPoint in the gaming area of the Grand Casino Luzern). Please bring a valid form of identification (passport, ID card or driving licence) that is valid for at least another six months.
Once the membership requirements have been met and verified, you will be registered as a member and your myclub membership will take effect immediately.
Your membership is free of charge and comes with no obligations. You will need a valid form of identification (passport, ID card or driving licence), must be at least 18 years of age and be resident in Switzerland. Please note that anyone subject to a gambling ban is ineligible for membership.
The myclub counter is located at the InfoPoint in the gaming area of the Grand Casino Luzern.
Your myclub card offers you a number of benefits:
- For quick and easy access to the casino, you can use your myclub card (instead of an ID document) to verify your identity upon entry.
- You can claim your benefits with your myclub card at the myclub counter or directly at the slot machine.
- During your visit, you can easily collect valuable status points via your myclub card.
Please note that your myclub card is not a means of payment.
When you register with my.club, your my.club card will be handed to you in person at the my.club counter.
If you do not have your myclub card with you, you will need a valid form of identification (passport, ID card or driving licence) to enter the casino. You can use this to claim your myclub benefits at the myclub counter. Unfortunately, you cannot collect status points without your myclub card. Please note that, for technical reasons, status points cannot be credited retrospectively.
Please report any loss or damage to your myclub card immediately by telephone on +41 (0)41 418 56 56 or by email to . You can then apply for a replacement card free of charge and collect it in person from the myclub counter (as you did when you registered).
Please note that until the card is blocked, the cardholder bears the risk of any unauthorised use of the myclub card.
Each myclub card is valid for the duration of a myclub year (from 30 March each year until 29 March of the following year). If the identification document you provided upon registration expires before then, your myclub card will also cease to be valid.
Once your card has expired, you should have your myclub card renewed at the myclub counter, as you can only enjoy your benefits and continue to collect status points with a valid myclub card.
Annual renewal:
If you remain at the same level as the previous year, you will keep your existing myclub card, and your myclub team will reactivate it for you at the myclub counter.
If you move up or down a level, you will receive a new myclub card for the corresponding level at the myclub counter.
If you have lost your card, you can apply for a replacement card at the myclub counter in the Grand Casino Luzern once the card has been blocked.
Each myclub member may only hold one valid myclub card.
If you move up or down a level, you will receive a new myclub card corresponding to your new level – your previous myclub card will then become invalid and will be retained.
If you lose your myclub card, you can apply for a new one free of charge at the myclub counter – the lost myclub card will be blocked and will no longer be valid.
Your myclub card is intended solely for your use and must be kept in your possession. It cannot therefore be left at the Grand Casino Luzern.
Your myclub card is personalised for you and is therefore valid only for you. It cannot therefore be transferred to third parties.
myclub is the loyalty scheme of the Grand Casino Luzern. Therefore, the myclub card is only valid at the Grand Casino Luzern.
Playing with your myclub card does not affect your chances of winning.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, status points cannot be credited retrospectively – thank you for your understanding.
